ZHAN ZHUAN
Standing meditation to develop alignment, balance, and composure.
JI BEN GONG
Basic Exercises to open the joints, increase range of motion, and improve flexibility.
MOVEMENTS
Tai Chi movement components, isolated to emphasize precise timing, coordination, and weight shift.
TAI CHI FORMS
Movements combined into single and two person forms.
CULTURAL
History and Philosophy of Chi and its relationship to the broader Chinese cultural background.
